L'Occitane Ultra Rich Eye Balm

I bought "L'Occitane Ultra Rich Eye Balm" to solve my eye's wrinkles problem.

Actually, I easily get "oily spots" when I used too much of oily products.

But it has only 5% shea butter. I apply it twice daily now & it's really good for me. ^^
