Hainanese Chicken Rice 海南雞飯

I like to eat Hainanese Chicken Rice alot! I tried to make it by myself at home.
Easy! Easy! Let's do it by yourself! ^^
我十分喜歡食海南雞飯的,嘗試了在家簡單地為自己準備了這餐便飯,很容易做的,試試吧! 
1, A pack of Hainanese Chicken Soup to cook with rice.
預先準備一盒海南雞湯用來煲飯
2, Few minutes later, put some Chicken wings / Chicken chop on rice.
幾分鐘後放雞翼或雞胸肉與飯同煮
3, Prepare your favourite Vegetables and fry with some Garlic.
同時準備一些自己喜歡的蔬菜香蒜炒熟

4, When the rice is cooked, it's time to eat!
當飯煮好時,就是開動的時候了!

Actually, It's abit fat to eat oily rice with Chicken, so we have to make sure we have enough vegetables in each meal!
這餐飯是有點油膩的,記得要食多點菜啊!

12 Ways To Keep Fit Healthily

Use brown rice to replace rice.
選用糙米代替白米

Have breakfast every morning, such as brown rice congee.

每天早上吃一頓以碳水化合物為主的營養早餐,如糙米粥

Eat lesser food but more meals in a day, and don't eat too much.
要少食多餐,每餐七成飽就夠

Fixed your meal time and with protein everyday, more vegetables and less meat.

I would like eat by this natural way than to take medicine.


最近在電視看到一個節目,由多位中醫師講解食療法,我本是十分尊重及推崇食療的,故很想在此簡單介紹一下,希望大家能融入日常生活中!

When you catch a cold - Drink some Hot Ginger Soup
When you feel cold - Drink some Water with Brown Suger
When you are having constipation - Drink some milk
When you feel tired - Drink some Rose Tea
When you feel too hot during Summer - Drink some Coix Lacryma Soup


汗法 - 治傷寒 : 飲用熱薑湯
溫法 - 驅寒 : 飲用紅糖水
下法 - 助排毒 : 飲用牛奶
理氣法 - 養神調理 : 飲用玫瑰茶 
祛濕法 - 清濕熱 : 飲用薏仁湯

And we have to eat more seasonal food. Such as Leeks in Spring, Water Melon in Summer, Taro in Autumn & Dates in Winter. That would be very good for our body!


此外, 我們一年四季都應食用市場上當造的食物,如春季多食韭菜,夏季多食西瓜,秋季多食芋頭,冬季多食棗等...這樣是對身體特別有益的啊!
