22:00 to 06:00 - The Best Time To Sleep


For adults 18-45 years of age, need at least 8 hours to sleep everyday. Older people tend to sleep earlier than that due to their age and their lack of energy, which is normal.

But the best time to sleep is from 22:00 to 06:00 next day morning. The main time is from 22:00 to 02:00! It would be better than you sleep from 02:00 to 10:00.

And don’t do anything too physically or mentally strenuous at least 2 hours before your bed time. As well, don’t eat a relatively large meal close to your sleep time.
By the way, I want to mention that, if you sleep less than 8 hours per day, you are getting dumb! hahaha...it's true!

An extra "Anti-aging beauty nap" in the afternoon is necessary. Even half an hour only, you will feel the changes! ^^

But I'm always sleep at 12:00 and need to wake up at 6:00, so that why I'm getting older.........

hey, is 10:00pm to 6:00am! u sleep less than 8 hrs everyday. btw, not only getting old but getting forgetful. :p
