A Simple Exercise


Want to be healthy?

A simple exercise to do 3 times per day. (Wake up, before lunch & before sleep)

It's good for your digestion, blood circulation, black eye circle, pores problem & anti-hair fall. And stay fit too! ^^

According to the pictureabove, stand with your legs straight, put your hands down to the floor as low as you can, and hold this position for 30 seconds.

That's all. Simple & easy. Let's start it from now on!


想身體健康,每天早上起床後就應做以下運動:
兩腿直立,彎腰收腹,兩手下垂盡量點地,數三十下,然後還原直立。
早上起床後、午飯前及晚上臨睡前各做一次,
有暢通腸胃、幫助血液循環、消除黑眼圈、醫好暗瘡、防止甩頭髮、收腹等等功效。
